Let's face it, most jobs only pay you in one way, and only twice per month. At XIMO, we offer many ways to earn money for your success, and we pay many times per month. Your team members can explain where your success plan starts, and where you should focus your efforts. But here's some basics about the exciting power of XIMO's compensation plan:
1. Retail Commissions and Profit: You choose! You can either have your customers on Autoship and make a commission, or you can order Ximo at the members-only price and sell it to them yourself-keeping the difference in your pocket as your income from retail sales. Retail commissions are paid monthly.
2. GreatStart Commissions: You control how much you make on the first XIMO purchase from those joining your personal team as either customers or Independent Distributors. If you joined by registering via the Internet, you are qualified to receive compensations up to four levels deep in your organization whenever someone else also joins by registering via the Internet. This helps you build efficient, savvy teams, and helps you focus on the needs of your new customer or teammate. All in all, XIMO Distributors can earn 0% in 2 levels of GreatStart Commissions, which are paid weekly.
3. Unilevel Commissions: As you build your distribution team, XIMO will pay out a specific Unilevel Commission on the purchases of each customer or teammate in the first nine levels of your organization. The percentages start at 10% and 15% for sales within the first and second levels of your organization, respectively. The total percentage of Unilevel Commissions from monthly purchases totals up to 62%, and is paid monthly.
4. Global Leadership Bonus Pools: XIMO sets aside up to 3% of the total XIMO worldwide purchases for the Global Bonus Pool. XIMO leaders who qualified each month of the quarter in question will receive their pro-rata share of the Global Bonus Pool, starting at the ranks of Executive Director (ED), Vice-President (VP), Executive Vice-President (EVP) and President (P). XIMO will pay up to 65% of all volume in compensation to its distributors. This amount is paid out in a priority basis as outlined above, starting with Retail Commissions, then Great Start Commissions, and so forth.
